Design of Beachfront Towers
The project is built on an area of about 42 thousand m² and includes four main tower configurations above a shared podium. The site is bounded by the sea on one side and the lake on the other, allowing a large number of units to be oriented towards open views.
The podium houses service and circulation areas, while the upper floors offer apartments and terraces overlooking the coast or the lake. The value of the view varies by tower, floor and unit orientation; a side view is not priced the same way as an apartment facing the sea directly.
