Al Maqsad area and design
Most of the project's area is devoted to gardens, roads and open spaces, while the units are spread across low-density areas. The villas have private entrances and gardens, with spacing between them that helps preserve privacy.
The facades follow two main directions:
- Mediterranean design: uses calm colours and details inspired by southern European architecture.
- Contemporary design: relies on clean lines, glazed openings and less ornamented compositions.
