Lush Valley project design
The plan relies on extended green spaces running through the residential areas, with pedestrian and cycle paths that separate residents' movement from car traffic as far as possible. Apartments are arranged in low- or mid-rise buildings, while the villas occupy more private areas.
The units feature glazed openings and balconies overlooking the gardens, with internal layouts that separate the bedrooms from the reception and service areas. The villas include private outdoor spaces and terraces connected to the living areas.

Payment plans start with a 5% down payment, and instalments run up to 8 years in the basic plan, while offers on some units have stretched to 10 years. The project targets delivery of units in 2030.
